ABOUT ME
My fitness journey started In November 2017, I signed up at the gym to relieve external stress by trying different workouts. When I started to fall in love with lifting, I decided to educate myself about fitness and nutrition so that I could improve my training even more. This quickly turned into a passion and I couldn’t wait to get to the gym every day and try new things! When I started to see the changes in my body, I also experienced a mindset shift which further disciplined me to keep improving.

My goal was never to ‘lose weight and get fit.’ It was actually the opposite and my transformation was from skinny, unhealthy and lazy to strong, confident and full of energy.

After experiencing these amazing changes in my life, I decided to challenge myself further by sharing my journey online in the hope it could help others. The support I received has been amazing and I am now passionate about helping others achieve the results they desire.

My biggest obstacle was finding the right program that suited my goals. Through trial and error and constant learning, I have now created a strength program that truly works.
WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT?
Growing up, I wasn’t a fitness fanatic. No one in my family was athletic or did any type of sports and my family is very conservative. In my community, women have different expectations. I was so scared when I decided to join the gym. I didn’t know what to expect or what to do at all.

In fact, I didn’t step foot into the gym until a few years ago. My main goal was to gain weight as I struggled with being skinny most of my life and felt insecure about how I looked. I remember waking up at 3:00 AM to eat pasta just to gain a few pounds.

I now appreciate my body as I have gained both muscle and confidence along the way. I want to help folks like me who are still struggling with their own fitness journey and self-confidence to become healthier and happier versions of themselves.
